Annual Salary: £42,000
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

The Role
We are looking for a Producer/Director to join our growing team and play a central role in the development, production, and delivery of film and television projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the founding team to manage productions from concept through to completion and support the company's content sales and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage film and television productions from pre-production through to post-production and delivery
Oversee budgets, schedules, and production logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate with cast, crew, and external partners across international co-productions
Contribute to creative development, including script review, casting, and editorial decisions
Support content sales and distribution efforts, including preparing materials for festivals, markets, and distribution partners
Identify and develop new projects aligned with the company's mission to champion independent and diverse storytelling
Liaise with funders, investors, and commissioning bodies as required
Ensure all productions comply with relevant UK regulations, including filming permits, health and safety, and GDPR requirements
Requirements
Proven experience in film or television production in a producer or director capacity
Strong understanding of the end-to-end production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and post-production workflows
Experience with international co-productions is desirable
Excellent communication and project management skills
A commitment to diverse and inclusive storytelling
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
